Where we ship & how fast

United States

Standard shipping: 3–7 business days — Free on orders over $30
Orders under $30: a flat $4.99 shipping fee applies.

Canada

Standard shipping: 5–10 business days — $8.99 flat rate
Free on orders over $50 CAD.

International

We ship to select international destinations. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

Processing time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, or customs processing. We're not responsible for delays once the package is in the carrier's network.

How to request a return

  • Email us at blimorashopco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
  • Our team will respond within 24 hours with a prepaid return label (US only)
  • Pack the product(s) in original packaging, include your order number, and drop off at the carrier location
  • Once we receive the return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days

Refund details

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)
  • International returns: the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • If you received a damaged or incorrect item, email us immediately and we'll make it right at no cost to you

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund under the 60-day guarantee.
